As we continue to limit exposure to our staff and clients of COVID 19, we are strongly advising that our clients call from their cars upon arrival to the hospital. A veterinary team member will come to your car to get your pet(s). Please be sure to have your cat(s) in a carrier. If you do not have a carrier, please let us know when you arrive and we will bring one out to your car. Please be sure all dogs are leashed.
We will call you during the exam and also take payment over the phone before the visit is over or before you leave.
We understand these times are difficult, but we have to take these precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our Lakeshore team as well as our clients. We want to be able to serve you and your pets and the only way to continue to do that is by staying healthy and limit exposure.
